Founded by Kasia, certified physical therapist and yoga instructor, Energy Lab Studio combines yoga, Pilates, and functional movement to improve mobility, posture, and overall well-being.

Kasia is the founder and head coach of Energy Lab Studio.
Originally from Europe, she is a certified physical therapist and yoga instructor who combines movement, therapy, and mindfulness into a complete wellness experience.
Since 2015, Kasia has been teaching yoga and helping people improve mobility, posture, and overall well-being. Her approach focuses on long-term health — not only flexibility, but also strength, balance, and mental clarity.
Her goal is simple: help you feel better in your body and calmer in your mind.
Kasia believes yoga should be accessible to everyone — beginners, athletes, and people recovering from injuries.
Thanks to her background in physical therapy and personality psychology, her classes are safe, structured, and adapted to each student. She integrates elements of yoga, Pilates, and functional movement to build healthy habits and prevent pain.
